seller is expected to update product prices as the change, as wesell will not be held responsible for sellers inability to update prices before accepting and shipping same.

seller must provide accurate weight(net weight in KG)

seller is expected to confirm orders(availability, price,shipping fee and correct specification) and fulfill same on time. any false information attracts a penalty or account deactivation.

you cannot use our name, modify or reproduce anything belonging to wesell without due authorization.

buyer who fails to pick up an item shipped shouldn't hold wesell responsible.

item shipped cannot be rejected if not new, defective or not as specifed.

shipping is fulfilled by seller and buyer is expected to verify the product before accepting same,the seller can send evidence of shipping and acceptance to vailidate same.
refunds are initiated where a seller fails to confirm or ship an item or buyer fails to accept an item,the buyer is refunded same. refunds do not include a prededucted processing fee and VAT. amount and shipping fee will be refunded

user is entirely responsible for his actions and decisions on wesell.

all users must read through the terms and conditions and accept them before signup and buying and selling or any sort.

shipping fee must be the maximum required amount to ship item to anywhere in Nigeria(nationwide delivery).

while we verify the sellers identity through a valid id,proof of address or business license to ensure only recognized individuals deal on wesell, buyers are adviced to only patronize sellers you can trust as wesell shouldnt be held responsible for any dealings .
